Due to the personal and therapeutic nature of sensory products, we accept returns only for unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used sensory items.

  • Customized or personalized kits.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
