Autistic Adults’ Social OKC!

March 13 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

This month we’re exploring the art of improvisation with OKC-based actor, comedian, dancer, and teaching artist Brigitte Goulart! Improv isn’t just about making people laugh; it’s a powerful tool for enhancing your social skills! By embracing the principles of “Yes, And,” improv teaches us to listen actively, accept others’ ideas, and build upon them. This fosters a supportive environment where creativity and collaboration flourish. Engaging in improv exercises can boost your confidence, improve your ability to think on your feet, and help you become more adaptable in conversations.

RSVP is required for this month.
